The virtual office option offers a flexible solution to your business while still providing you with the ability to be associated with a high quality office space and, should the need arise, there is always the option of ‘upgrading’ to one of our physical office spaces.
For the price of £75 per month you will:
- Have use of our P.O. Box number and /or our office address.
- Benefit from mail handling and telephone answering services (further details are set out below).
- Benefit from the assistance of a dedicated and professional reception service to support both you and your clients.

Mail will be collected and held on your behalf. If you require mail forwarding services there will be an additional charge (please see the additional costs listed below).

Other additional cost include:
- If you require your mail to be forwarded a weekly service is oﬀered for the cost of posting +20% handling fee
- Should you wish to have your post forwarded more frequently than weekly, an additional weekly charge will apply depending on the frequency and quantity.
- Should you require use of our board room, meeting room and hot desk facilities these will be oﬀered to you on a pay-as-you-go basis
- All faxes scanned to email will be charged at £1.50 per page
- All faxes required to be forwarded will be charged at £1.50 plus actual phone charges
